Arrive together: plan a group of vehicles

List two to ten vehicles, set the line-up order and a meet-up point, and see which pass details still need checking. Print the sheet or paste it into your group chat. It sends nothing for you.

Your plan is saved only in this browser. No names, ticket numbers, phone numbers or live locations: use nicknames. Some festivals say a group must arrive together to camp together; many give no promise at all. This page never guarantees neighboring sites and shows “official procedure not verified” unless a sourced rule for your festival, year and pass is on file.

Everything on the sheet is typed by your group. Times are plans, not forecasts, and the festival’s own rules and staff decide where each vehicle goes.
